Included on all plans: Server usage statistics, network monitor, level-1 support. Level-1 support includes initial server configuration, server reboot, check network connections. Additional transfers will be billed at $5/GB.
Optional on all plans: Virtual serial console, pager/email alert, remote tape backup.
